About us

London Visa Services Ltd are UK Immigration Lawyers with a focus on both written submissions and tribunal advocacy.

Alina Dyer launched London Visa Services Ltd in March 2005 with a unique approach to the advice process. Our structure of service combines an efficient, streamlined operational structure with the highly specialized resources necessary to prepare and represent meritorious cases.  Alina Dyer has over 10 years experience in UK Immigration Law, and leads a small but focused team.

We take a holistic view to immigration matters, usually combining two or more layers of legislation: UK legislation, European legislation, specific agreements between a non-EU country and the EU/UK. In addition, we use our experience in and knowledge of the Human Rights Act to obtain results in cases with merits in this area of law.

We deal with all kinds of visas for coming to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

Accredited with the OISC to level 3 for advocacy and representation.
